During my stay, I found the King Suite to be spacious and comfortable, perfect for my work needs. The 24-hour shuttle service was efficient, making my transfers seamless. The staff was particularly accommodating, as they allowed a late checkout and securely stored my belongings while I awaited my transportation.

The hot tub provides a soothing escape after a long day, and the spacious double queen room offers enough room for the family to spread out during our stay.

The first night introduced us to some issues—the main pool's temperature was uncomfortably low, and the hot tub had a steady stream of cold water running in, making it less inviting. Breakfast was a letdown with cold boiled eggs and limited hot options, which only contributed to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, cleanliness was lacking, with wads of hair floating in the hot tub and an overall dim atmosphere throughout. The shuttle service seemed efficient, but two members of our group had to pay for separate transport after not fitting in.

The pool had broken tiles that were sharp!!! The maintenance response to issues seemed inadequate. It's concerning that no staff checked on potential injuries, leaving me to deal with the aftermath myself!!!

However, the bathroom was smaller than expected, which might be a concern for those with accessibility needs. While the hotel met the essentials, improvements in the room's comfort and space would enhance the stay significantly.
